The Rotaract Club of St. Ann’s actively participated in the international initiative “அறிவின் விளக்குகள் – Arivin Vilakugal (Guiding Lights, Shaping Futures)” organized by the Rotaract Club of Anand Institute of Higher Technology, sponsored by the Rotaract Club of Chennai Silk City, RID 3233, on the occasion of Teachers’ Day. This meaningful project aimed to honor and appreciate the invaluable contributions of teachers in shaping lives, nurturing values, and building future leaders.
As part of the activity, participants were encouraged to capture pictures with their teachers, present them with handwritten notes or letters of gratitude, and share these gestures on social media with their respective club identities and district tags on 5th September. By engaging in this initiative, members of the Rotaract Club of St. Ann’s expressed heartfelt appreciation for their teachers, strengthening bonds while spreading positivity and respect across communities.
The project also fostered inter-district collaboration, aligning perfectly with Rotary’s avenue of International Service, as clubs from different regions came together to celebrate a universal cause. Through their enthusiastic participation, Rotaractors not only highlighted the spirit of gratitude but also reinforced the value of cultural exchange, collaboration, and unity across districts.
