Seed Ball Making
Rotaract Club of BVRIT Hyderabad organized a Seed Ball Making event to promote sustainability and environmental conservation. Members came together to roll soil, compost, and seeds into small eco-friendly balls that can easily be dispersed in open areas. Once the rains arrive, these seed balls sprout into plants, helping restore greenery and biodiversity. The activity was not only fun and engaging but also a meaningful step towards combating deforestation and climate change. It reflected the spirit of teamwork, awareness, and responsibility towards our planet. Truly, small actions like this can grow into a greener, healthier tomorrow.

Suraksha Bandhan 2.0
We are delighted to share that Suraksha Bandhan 2.0 was a truly heartwarming success! Through our meaningful rakhi sale, we raised over ₹15,000 , which will go toward supporting a noble cause.
What made the event even more special was the joy of witnessing rakhis being tied right in front of us — some by us, and some to us— spreading smiles, warmth, and connection. Seeing our efforts appreciated by so many kind-hearted souls filled our Legends with immense pride.
A heartfelt thank you to the Rotaract Club of Hyderabad Corporates who collaborated with us, and to every individual who supported and encouraged us. You helped make this festival of bonding even more beautiful through your generosity. 🌸

Sapling sale-Eco conscious August
The Rotaract Club of St. Ann’s College successfully organised the “Green Bonds – Sapling Sale” on 31st July and 1st August 2025 at St. Ann’s College for Women, launching the Eco-Conscious August campaign. This initiative was creatively linked to Friendship Day, carrying the message of celebrating friendships through saplings, building bonds that grow over time.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from students and faculty, with over 150 saplings sold in just two days. This not only encouraged individuals to adopt sustainable practices but also created awareness about the long-term benefits of tree planting for environmental health. The concept emphasised personal responsibility towards nature, inspiring participants to nurture their saplings as a symbol of lasting care and friendship.
In addition to its environmental impact, the sale also served as a fundraising initiative, generating resources for the club’s future service projects. The success of this event reflected the power of small, community-driven actions in achieving larger sustainability goals.
