The Rotaract Club of Hyderabad East held its First Official Board Meeting on 6th July 2025 at 6:45 PM at Pullareddy College of Pharmacy. The meeting began with a warm welcome and introductions of the newly appointed board members, celebrating their roles and responsibilities for the upcoming term.
The session focused on building collaboration and setting a strong foundation for the year ahead. Representatives from each avenue presented their planned initiatives and discussed upcoming events, giving everyone valuable insights into the diverse activities lined up. These discussions also helped identify opportunities for teamwork and alignment toward a shared vision.
Another key highlight of the meeting was the preparation for the upcoming Installation Ceremony, where the structure, timeline, and key responsibilities were outlined. The meeting concluded on a positive note with renewed enthusiasm and commitment toward impactful service.
