Wheel Chair Donation

The Rotaract Club of St. Ann’s College for Women had the heartfelt opportunity to visit Happy Homes Old Age Home, where members spent quality time with the elderly residents, engaging in conversations and listening to their life stories and experiences. The visit was a beautiful blend of learning, empathy, and service, allowing members to connect across generations and understand the value of compassion and companionship.

The residents warmly welcomed the Rotaractors, sharing not only their experiences but also invaluable lessons about resilience, gratitude, and the essence of life. The atmosphere was filled with smiles, laughter, and genuine affection, creating moments that deeply touched every participant.

As a gesture of care and goodwill, the club donated six wheelchairs to the home, aiming to support the residents’ comfort and mobility needs. This act of service reflected the Rotaract spirit of giving back to the community and making a tangible difference in people’s lives.

The visit left a lasting impression on the members, reminding them that small acts of kindness can bring immense happiness and hope. It was truly a day of learning, love, and meaningful fellowship, strengthening the club’s commitment to service above self.
