The 2nd Board Meeting was held prior to our Installation Ceremony. During the session, board members actively shared their views and collaboratively chalked out the agenda for upcoming events. Key discussions included identifying guests to be invited, planning felicitations and recognitions, and organizing other projects scheduled for the month.
The meeting proved to be an enriching experience, with a wealth of inputs, suggestions, and ideas shared by all members. Several important intricacies, logistical details and execution strategies were carefully reviewed and finalized to ensure smooth and successful implementation of our planned activities.
