On August 31, 2025, the Rotaract Club of Hyderabad Himayathnagar successfully executed its flagship project, Share Care Smile, at Radha Kishan Balika Bhavan, Nanal Nagar, Hyderabad. The event, held at 3:00 P.M., aimed to uplift 150 children by providing essential supplies and fostering joy through meaningful engagement. Thirteen dedicated volunteers from our club and partner Rotaract Clubs collaborated to make the initiative a success. Contributions totaling ₹12,000 supported in-kind donations, including books, snacks, groceries, and vegetables. Participating clubs included Rotaract Club of Hyderabad Himayathnagar (₹4,000: books, snacks), Villa Marie (₹3,000: groceries), Falcon (₹1,000: vegetables), The Legends (₹1,000: vegetables), and Hyderabad East (₹3,000: groceries, vegetables). The event featured interactive activities, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere for the children. Volunteers distributed supplies and engaged with the beneficiaries, strengthening community bonds. The initiative exemplified Rotaract’s values of service, fellowship, and leadership, leaving a lasting impact on the children and reinforcing inter-club collaboration. Share Care Smile not only met its goal of supporting the orphanage but also inspired participants to continue serving the community with compassion and unity.
