Pink Victory Run

In a powerful display of solidarity and purpose, We hosted the Pink Victory Run 2025 at Jalavihar, Necklace Road, Hyderabad in collaboration with the CARE Hospitals and Rotary Club of Jubilee Hills. The event aimed to raise awareness about breast cancer and emphasize the importance of early detection, prevention, and timely care.

The run witnessed overwhelming participation from healthcare professionals, fitness enthusiasts, Rotaractors, breast cancer survivors, and hundreds of women who came together to support the cause.

The event was flagged off by Dr. Geetha Nagasree, Senior Consultant and Associate Clinical Director at CARE Hospitals, alongside Rtn. Ram Prasad, District Governor, Rotary Club of Jubilee Hills; Rtn. Srinivas, District Secretary; Dr. Amaresh Rao, Head of Cardiology at NIMS; and Nilesh Gupta, COO, CARE Hospitals.

During her address, Dr. Geetha Nagasree highlighted that breast cancer, when detected early, is highly treatable. She emphasized that awareness and regular screening are vital tools in preventing advanced-stage cancers. “Through initiatives like the Pink Victory Run, we aim to empower women with knowledge and encourage them to take charge of their health,” she said.

The event also featured Mamatha Trivedi from the SEWA Foundation and fitness coach Jagan, who inspired participants to stay active and prioritize overall well-being.

More than just a run, Pink Victory Run 2025 was a celebration of strength, resilience, and hope. Several breast cancer survivors joined the event, symbolizing courage in their journey of recovery and inspiring everyone present to stand united in the fight against cancer.
