he Rotary Club of Secunderabad organized an insightful Speaker Meet on 25th August 2025 at Hotel Plaza, featuring Dr. M. Amaresh Rao, CTVS Surgeon and HOD at NIMS Hyderabad, as the distinguished guest speaker.
The session, titled “The Heart Talk – Cardiac Issues in Current Times,” focused on raising awareness about heart health, common cardiac conditions, preventive care, and lifestyle management. Dr. Amaresh Rao shared expert insights on maintaining a healthy heart through proper nutrition, regular exercise, and timely medical checkups.
The event witnessed active participation from club members and guests, who engaged in a meaningful discussion on the growing prevalence of cardiac diseases and ways to lead healthier lives.
