he Rotaract Club of Hyderabad East successfully organized a Kalaripayattu event on 20th July 2025 at Nithya Chaithanya Kalari, Tarnaka from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The session provided a unique opportunity for members and guests to witness and learn about the discipline, skill, and cultural essence of this ancient martial art.
A total of 30 participants attended, including 23 Rotaractors and 7 non-Rotaractors, contributing 30 volunteer hours. The event was interactive, inspiring, and educational, allowing attendees to experience the power, agility, and focus involved in Kalaripayattu. It was a memorable way to celebrate our cultural heritage while promoting fitness, mindfulness, and teamwork among all participants.
