The Board of Directors convened for its September, monthly meeting to review ongoing progress and outline the roadmap for the remainder of the Rotaract year. The discussion began with a reflection on the academic year’s completion at the university, during which the board revisited all the events successfully conducted on campus. This allowed the team to evaluate the impact of each initiative and identify key learnings that will help strengthen future projects.
The board then explored potential opportunities for hosting events outside the university before the year concludes. These ideas aimed to broaden service projects, community engagement and enhance the club’s visibility beyond campus. Additionally, there was an insightful conversation on upcoming fellowship activities, with a focus on reinforcing the core values of brotherhood, team spirit, and individuality among members. In line with this, the President, Nandini S and Secretary, Kaushal T officially announced an exciting trekking fellowship planned for January, intended to promote bonding and personal growth.
The meeting also included a discussion on prospective collaborations with our sponsor Rotary club. This partnership is expected to add greater depth to our service initiatives and create more impactful avenues for learning and mentorship.
Overall, the meeting was productive, forward-looking, and aligned with the club’s mission for meaningful service and fellowship. More Photos https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Wa8NyB8zaWgdUmtRKk2q0etRUovmxgrp
