The Rotaract Club of Osmania Medical College conducted its Strategic Planning Meet 2025 on 10th November 2025, focusing on future initiatives, sustainability, community service, and member engagement. 🌿🤝✨
The club outlined plans to organize a minimum of five sustainability-themed events 🌱, emphasizing long-term environmental responsibility. A major highlight was the decision to conduct a Geriatric Health Awareness Programme across five visits to an old-age home 🏥👵👴. These visits will include education on common geriatric diseases and the donation of glucometers and BP monitors, strengthening preventive healthcare within vulnerable communities.
A sapling plantation drive with survival tracking 🌳, a five-phase clean-up drive 🧹, and a Career Conclave focusing on financial sustainability and career guidance 📚💼 were also finalized. The club will continue strengthening its Public Image through regular IG reels and posts 📱, alongside consistent membership campaigns.
Additional discussions included extending membership to disabled individuals 🤝, planning club merchandise with the RAC OMC logo 👕, and mandatory participation at an upcoming awards event. The meeting concluded with the decision to organize an International Service (ISD) event soon 🌍.
Overall, the meeting established a strong framework for impactful and inclusive service in the upcoming months.
