The Rotaract Club of Osmania Medical College had the privilege of hosting an official club visit by our GRR, AVNS Sri Pavan, which proved to be both engaging and highly productive. During the visit, the club successfully carried out all the planned agendas and proceedings, providing a clear picture of the club’s structure, activities, and overall functioning.
The visit was especially memorable due to the interactive and approachable nature of AVNS Sri Pavan. He took time to meet and interact with every member, creating a welcoming environment that encouraged open communication and participation. He listened to the views and ideas of the members and offered valuable guidance on leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and effective club operations.
He also shared insights on reporting, planning, and long-term vision, motivating the club to work with greater focus and confidence. His supportive feedback strengthened the connection between the club and the district, while boosting morale among members.
