The Rotaract Club of Osmania Medical College conducted a special Rotaract Unlocked session for the 2023 batch students, who are set to take up key leadership positions as the executive team, directors, and core leaders in the coming year. The purpose of this interaction was to motivate them to continue and renew their Rotaract membership, as they will form the backbone of the club’s leadership in the next Rotaract year.
The session highlighted the importance of continuity, responsibility, and vision in leadership. Members were guided on how being an active Rotaractor builds organizational skills, professional ethics, communication abilities, and confidence in decision-making, all of which are essential for their upcoming leadership roles. The roadmap for the next year’s projects and impact was shared, helping them understand how their involvement would directly shape the success of the club.
