We from the Rotaract Club of St. Peter’s Engineering College proudly conducted Past to Present as a session on 26th July 2025, bringing together past and present leaders for an enriching exchange of knowledge and guidance. In this session, individual Avenue Directors as well as office bearers from previous years shared their experiences, challenges, and best practices with the current leadership team. They offered valuable insights into managing responsibilities, making informed decisions, and leading their respective areas effectively. The session created an open and interactive environment, encouraging questions, discussions, and reflection, which helped the present team understand the nuances of their roles more deeply. By bridging the gap between past experiences and current leadership, the session ensured continuity, strengthened collaboration, and fostered confidence among new leaders. It proved to be one of the most engaging, insightful, and impactful sessions, laying a strong foundation for a successful, organized, and proactive year for the Rotaract Club of St. Peter’s Engineering College.
