On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, a Seminar on Mental Health was organized by Rotary District 3150 to create awareness about the importance of emotional well-being.
The session included three speakers who shared valuable insights on identifying early signs of stress and anxiety, adopting simple self-care practices, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Participants were encouraged to seek support without hesitation and understand that mental health deserves the same attention as physical health.
