Rotaract Club of Utkarsh conducted a Career Guidance Session at Dilshuknagar Public School with the objective of helping students understand the wide range of career opportunities available to them and guiding them toward informed decision-making for their future.
The session featured speakers from diverse professional backgrounds, including a Doctor, Chartered Accountant, UI/UX Designer, Entrepreneur and Photographer, members from the club as well as other professionals. Each speaker shared insights into their respective career paths, educational requirements, skills needed, challenges faced, and real-world experiences, providing students with a practical and realistic perspective.
More than 200 students actively participated in the session and engaged with the speakers through questions and discussions. The session concluded with the sharing of a clear career roadmap, outlining various academic and professional pathways available after school.
Students were also encouraged to reach out for guidance in the future, and personal contact details were shared to ensure continued mentorship and support.
