We, the Rotaract Club of St. Peters Engineering College (RACSPEC), collaborated in the professional development session “Productivity Palooza” organized by the Rotaract Club of Roar NIBM (RID 3131). The event was conducted online on 29th November 2025 from 7:00 PM onwards, with the participation of over 100+ Rotaractors from various clubs.
This session focused on enhancing productivity, improving focus, and encouraging personal growth among youth. Eight members from RACSPEC actively joined and gained valuable insights on effective time management, building better habits, and staying motivated in both academic and club responsibilities. The meeting served as an interactive learning platform that inspired participants to grow personally while strengthening inter-club connections through shared development goals.
