During the semester break, Rotaract Club of Mahindra University initiated a Professional Development program aimed at providing members with industry exposure and practical learning opportunities. With the support and guidance of our sponsor club, Rotary Club of Lake District Moinabad (RCLD), the Board of Directors proactively reached out to multiple organizations to secure internship opportunities for club members.
Through this initiative, 10 members were successfully placed in internships aligned with Engineering and Management domains. The one month program was designed to help students gain hands-on experience, develop workplace skills, and strengthen their professional understanding beyond academic learning.
Due to company HR and PR confidentiality policies, details such as company names and certificates could not be publicly shared or promoted on social media platforms. However, the initiative was formally documented in the sponsor club’s monthly report, recognizing it as a significant collaborative professional development effort.
