The Rotaract Club of Hyderabad East participated in the National Youth Day Celebrations – 164th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda on 12th January 2026, from 10:30 AM onwards, at Ramakrishna Math.
The event witnessed participation from over 1,500 people from various parts of the country, including students, NCC cadets, followers, disciples, and youth from diverse backgrounds. The atmosphere was inspiring and deeply enriching.
We had the opportunity to listen to powerful speeches and real-life experiences shared by Swami Vivekananda’s followers and disciples from different fields such as business, sports, and media, who spoke about how his teachings shaped their lives and values. The event also featured patriotic and message-oriented skits and performances, leaving a lasting impact on the audience.
Through the sessions, we gained deeper insights into Swami Vivekananda’s life, philosophies, and his powerful vision for Bharat. As part of the visit, our members also explored the Swami Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence and purchased books authored about his life and teachings.
