We are happy to share that the Rotaract Club of Hyderabad East has officially signed an Exclusive MoU with The Headquarters, a modern office space leasing company and part of the Dwaraka Group, located at Orbit by Auro Realty, Hyderabad Knowledge City, Raidurg.
The MoU was signed on 21st January 2026, at 6:00 PM, at The Headquarters ICON, Madhapur.
Under this collaboration, The Headquarters will support our club through their CSR initiative by providing premium venue spaces and facilities completely free of cost for Rotaract Club of Hyderabad East events. The partnership is long-term in nature, with periodic reviews.
As part of this MoU, our club will have access to corporate-grade spaces suitable for Installation Ceremonies, Charter Day & GBM, DRR OCV, Offline Board Meetings, and avenue-specific events across all avenues.
This collaboration significantly elevates how we plan and execute events — from ideation to execution — while also offering a huge cost benefit to the club, as similar venues would otherwise cost ₹12,000–₹25,000 per event.
As part of the partnership, both organizations will support each other’s public image by acknowledging the collaboration through Instagram and LinkedIn posts after every successful event, along with mentions in event creatives, reports, and public communication.
During the interaction, we also had positive discussions around upcoming events and future collaboration. As a mark of appreciation, our club felicitated the Managing Director and the Head of Marketing of The Headquarters for their support.
