The Rotaract Club of Osmania Medical College successfully conducted Stree Phase-2 as part of its women’s empowerment initiative. After the impactful completion of Phase 1, which focused on menstrual hygiene, the team advanced to addressing cervical and breast cancer awareness 🎗️.
This session was held at the Coca-Cola Factory, Hyderabad, on the occasion of International Women’s Day 🌸. The program aimed to educate women about early detection, prevention, and the importance of timely screening. Special emphasis was given to self-breast examination (SBE) 🫶. Each participant was not only taught the technique but also guided to practice it, ensuring confidence and understanding.
The initiative empowered women with essential knowledge to take charge of their health and recognize warning signs early 🚺. Interactive discussions and practical demonstrations made the session engaging and impactful.
