Project Arogya Vanam – Kitchen Garden at Girls Observation Centre
On July 13th, 2025, the Rotaract Club of Falcon, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Hyderabad Abhyuday, carried out Project Arogya Vanam at the Girls Observation Centre, Nimboli Adda.
The initiative focused on creating a kitchen garden, planted with the girls, for the girls. With tools, saplings & a plan, our members worked alongside the children to sow seeds of hope, resilience & nourishment.
More than just planting vegetables, the project gave the girls a sense of ownership, care, and joy, something they could nurture and watch grow back for them. What started as soil and saplings became a symbol of strength, healing & sustainability.
