Assembly and Installation

New Beginnings. Renewed Energy. One Unforgettable Day.

On the morning of 7th July 2025, the halls of G. Pulla Reddy College, Mehdipatnam buzzed with energy, purpose, and anticipation. Over 250 Rotaractors gathered under one roof not just to witness a transition, but to ignite a movement. The occasion? The Rotaract District Assembly and Installation 2025-26 — a landmark event hosted with unmatched finesse by the Rotaract Club of Hyderabad – The Legends.

The ceremony marked the official installation of Rtr. Vamshi Vinod Kumar as the District Rotaract Representative (DRR) for the year, alongside the vibrant and dynamic Ignite Council — a team committed to driving transformation, inclusivity, and impact across the district. This wasn’t just a change of guard; it was a loud, clear call for action and purpose.

The event was graced by revered dignitaries whose presence elevated the moment. PDG Rtn. Suresh Chandrashekar, Rotaract District Chair, attended as the Chief Guest, bringing words of wisdom and direction. The audience was further inspired by keynote addresses from PDG Rtn. Sam Patibandla and Rtn. Krishna Murthy, both of whom emphasized the power of youth-led change and the enduring values of Rotary.

Among the major highlights of the day was the launch of the official district website, a leap toward stronger communication, transparency, and access across clubs. But what truly set this event apart was the unveiling of two groundbreaking district initiatives.

First, the 360° Governance Model — a structured framework crafted to guide clubs on how to experience Rotaract to its fullest potential. Designed to be holistic, inclusive, and practical, it empowers club leaders with tools, direction, and support to lead more effectively while ensuring every member finds their own journey of growth and service.

Second, the  Sustainability YES Initiative — a forward-looking campaign with a powerful message: “Yes to Impact. Yes to Responsibility. Yes to the Future.” This initiative seeks to embed sustainability at the core of Rotaract activities, inspiring clubs to take on projects that are not just relevant today, but that leave a long-lasting legacy for tomorrow. From eco-conscious practices to purpose-driven campaigns, this initiative is set to reimagine how Rotaract contributes to the world around it.

The day was filled with thoughtful learning sessions, breakouts for each avenue director, focused council strategy meetings, and well-structured President & Secretary meetings, all ensuring that leadership wasn’t just titled—it was trained, ready, and equipped.

With an atmosphere that was electric, energetic, and truly empowering, the District Assembly and Installation 2025-26 wasn’t just an event—it was a spark. A spark that lit up new ideas, new connections, and a shared belief in doing more, being more, and leading with intention.

As the curtains drew on the day, one thing was certain—Rotaract District 3150 is not just ready for the year ahead. It’s ready to make it unforgettable.
