Club Carnival

The Rotaract Club of Woxsen University participated in the Club Carnival, a flagship event
that featured stalls from more than 30 student clubs across campus. The carnival served as a platform for students to explore the diverse opportunities available at Woxsen, ranging from cultural and academic clubs to service-oriented initiatives. At our stall, we highlighted the vision and activities of Rotaract, including community service projects, fundraising events, and networking opportunities. The objective was to inform students about how Rotaract creates a balance between professional development and social impact, while also encouraging them to become active members. By engaging with visitors and addressing their questions, we were able to spread awareness about our ongoing initiatives and inspire interest in future projects.

The Rotaract Club stall at the Club Carnival attracted strong participation through a series of
interactive activities, each designed with a unique Rotaract twist to connect them to the values and initiatives of the club. The Jenga Truth or Dare game was adapted to include prompts related to teamwork, service, and leadership, making the activity not just fun but also reflective of Rotaract’s core spirit. The Wall of Hopes allowed participants to write down their aspirations and positive thoughts, symbolizing how Rotaract encourages individuals to think about building a better future for themselves and the community. Similarly, the Rotaract Tongue Twisters added a playful challenge, but with phrases and words tied to the club’s identity, making the activity both engaging and relatable. These thoughtful adaptations ensured that while the stall remained lively and entertaining, it also reinforced awareness about Rotaract’s purpose and impact.
