The Rotaract Club of St. Ann’s College for Women conducted its third meeting on 23rd October 2025 in an online mode to systematically plan and coordinate the upcoming GRR Meet. The meeting focused on detailed discussions regarding event planning, effective division of roles and responsibilities among members, and the formation of key committees including On-stage, Off-stage, Hospitality, Food, Registration, and Cultural Committees to ensure smooth execution. Emphasis was also laid on setting up the Marketing and Public Image team to handle promotions and outreach. Additionally, the members discussed the execution timeline and inter-committee coordination, ensuring clarity, accountability, and efficient teamwork, thereby strengthening the club’s organizational structure and preparedness for the event.
