We successfully conducted our first General Body Meeting on 23rd July 2025 in an online mode. The meeting marked the official commencement of our activities for the year and brought together members to align on goals, responsibilities, and upcoming plans. Key updates included the delegation of installation responsibilities scheduled for 25th July, and an emphasis on maintaining active communication among members for smooth coordination. The DAF process and club dues were clearly outlined.
Members discussed ways to better utilize the district website and were introduced to the new 360 framework aimed at improving internal processes. Initial plans for social media management were also covered, with role assignments and content strategies briefly explored.
