The Rotaract Club of Hyderabad Mega City hosted a collaborative meeting with the members of its Parent Club – Rotary Club of Hyderabad Mega City at BBCIT College to discuss upcoming initiatives and strengthen the synergy between both clubs.
The session was focused on planning two major events:
1. 🎉 Parent Club Installation Ceremony
Discussions included the event structure, collaborative responsibilities, and ways the Rotaract members can contribute to make the installation a memorable occasion.
2. 🚲 “Wheels on Work” Project
An inspiring service initiative aimed at collecting unused or dumped bicycles from apartments, repairing them, and distributing them to the underprivileged and needy.
The idea resonated with all attendees and reflects the clubs’ shared commitment to sustainability and service.
The meeting served as a platform to build a stronger bridge between the parent Rotary and the Rotaract club, while also inspiring members with the vision of upcoming impactful community service.
