We from the Rotaract Club of St. Peter’s Engineering College proudly conducted our Second General Board Meeting – Mehfil 2.0 on 15th August 2025 at Tank Bund. The session was a vibrant and engaging gathering of all board members and office bearers, aimed at reviewing ongoing initiatives, planning upcoming events, and strengthening coordination within the club. The meeting began with a warm welcome and introductions, creating an inclusive atmosphere where everyone felt encouraged to participate actively. Detailed discussions were held on upcoming projects, strategies for effective execution, and methods to engage the community meaningfully. Roles and responsibilities were reinforced, ensuring clarity and accountability for smooth functioning across all avenues. Members shared ideas, provided feedback, and collaborated to refine plans, fostering teamwork, mutual understanding, and a sense of shared purpose. The session concluded with reflections on progress and future goals, leaving members motivated and confident in their abilities to lead. Mehfil 2.0 not only strengthened communication and unity among the team but also laid a strong foundation for a productive, organized, and impactful Rotaract year.
