Project Margadarsh is an initiative by the Rotaract Club of Hyderabad Corporates aimed at guiding and inspiring students toward a brighter future through career awareness and personal development. The project focuses on bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world opportunities by providing mentorship, motivational sessions, and skill-building activities.
Under this project, Rotaractors visit schools and colleges to interact with students, helping them identify their strengths, set clear goals, and choose the right career paths. The sessions include talks by professionals from various fields, interactive discussions, and confidence-building exercises designed to enhance students’ knowledge and self-esteem.
Project Margadarsh not only supports students academically but also nurtures values of leadership, discipline, and social responsibility.
