As part of Rotaract Unlocked – Phase 2, the Rotaract Club of Osmania Medical College conducted a focused interaction session with the 2024 batch students, aimed at strengthening membership retention and renewal. Since this batch had already joined Rotaract in the previous year, many students were considering withdrawing due to uncertainty about upcoming activities and their future role in the club.
The Rotaract team presented the vision for the new Rotaract year, highlighting the exciting service projects, professional development programs, leadership opportunities, and large-scale events planned. The importance of continuity, commitment, and teamwork was emphasized, helping students understand how continued membership adds long-term value to their personal growth and community impact.
Through open discussion and clear communication, the team addressed their concerns and renewed their confidence in the club.
