We are delighted to share that, on the occasion of World Suicide Prevention Day, members of the Rotaract Club of Utkarsh attended an exclusive screening of the film “September 10”. Conceptualized and produced by Capt. G.J. Rao, a Kargil War Veteran, the film shed light on critical issues surrounding mental health and suicide prevention.
The screening was hosted by Roshni, a suicide intervention centre dedicated to supporting lives for the past 28 years.
The event offered an insightful and meaningful experience, deepening our understanding of the importance of mental health awareness and intervention. It served as a powerful reminder of the role each one of us can play in fostering empathy, support, and timely intervention for those in need.
We remain committed to advocating for mental health, supporting preventive initiatives, and contributing to a world where every life is valued and nurtured. The screening was also attended by members of Rotary Club of Cantonment Secunderabad. More Photos https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Mg0db2f6YeSv_P3TCiCt4Z-u4uJ6qORB
