The Rotaract Club of Falcon conducted SHEvolve – Because Empowerment Begins with Her!, “A WordPress Workshop” aimed at empowering underprivileged girls & women associated with Sai Seva Sangh. The session primarily focused on students in 11th and 12th grade, while a few adult women from the NGO also participated.
The objective of the workshop was to provide participants with practical knowledge & hands-on experience in web development, specifically through WordPress. The session was led by Rtr. AVNS SriPavan, who guided participants through both theoretical concepts & practical execution, ensuring that each attendee could create & manage their own web pages by the end of the session.
Through this initiative, approximately 50 women gained valuable skills in WordPress & web development, enhancing their digital literacy & confidence. The workshop was designed not only as a one-time learning experience but also as the first session in an ongoing series of SHEvolve project, aimed at empowering women across various skill areas.
