Neon Ride was an experiential cycling initiative organized by Rotaract Club of Mahindra University during the flagship college festival at Mahindra University. The project was designed to create an eco-friendly and high-energy engagement activity that encouraged students to actively participate in a vibrant and inclusive campus experience while promoting sustainability and fellowship.
The event transformed the campus into an illuminated cycling trail by integrating music, neon lighting, and festival energy, creating a visually captivating and memorable activity. The initiative witnessed an overwhelming response, with over 150 pre-event registrations, 120+ on-spot registrations, and participation from more than 300 riders.
The event was strongly supported by a structured digital outreach strategy that included 1 promotional post, 3 reels, and over 15 interactive stories during the event week. The campaign generated 138.9K+ total views, 3.3K+ interactions, over 62 new followers, and more than 70 reposts, significantly strengthening the club’s online engagement and visibility.
Beyond participation metrics, the initiative promoted sustainable mobility awareness while positioning Rotaract as a dynamic and student-centric organization capable of delivering large-scale experiential engagement.
