On 11th February, we successfully conducted SWAT – Phase 4 (Sustainable Waste Action Team) at Feroz Gandhi Park 🌸🌿. This phase focused on reinforcing environmental consciousness while actively restoring the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the park. Our members dedicated their time and effort to clearing litter, segregating waste, and ensuring that the space remained safe and pleasant for the community members who visit daily.
Unlike a one-time clean-up drive, SWAT is a structured initiative that emphasizes consistent action and behavioral change. Through this activity, we not only improved the immediate surroundings but also set an example of youth-led environmental responsibility. The park serves as a common recreational hub for families, morning walkers, and children, and maintaining its hygiene directly contributes to public well-being 🌳✨.
Aligned with our broader Sustainability yes approach, Phase 4 further strengthened our commitment to long-term environmental stewardship.
