We, the Rotaract Club of St. Peters Engineering College (RACSPEC), collaborated with the Rotaract Club of AIMS, Rotaract District 3192, for the wellness-focused event “Ayurveda – Roots to Wellness” held on 7th November 2025. The session was conducted online via Google Meet from 8 PM to 10 PM and brought together over 90 participants.
This event aimed to promote holistic health through the principles of Ayurveda and encourage healthy lifestyle practices. Eight members from RACSPEC actively attended the session, gaining valuable insights into natural wellness, balanced living, and preventive health approaches. The program served as an informative platform to understand traditional health systems and inspire positive lifestyle choices among young individuals.
