Rotaract Club of Utkarsh successfully conducted a Resume Building Workshop titled Career Alchemy on 10th January 2026 via Google Meet. The session was led by Vishnu Achanta, Consultant at YCP Auctus and alumnus of IIM Calcutta and IIT Indore.
The workshop was attended by 40 participants, including students, freshers, and early working professionals. Vishnu Achanta provided a comprehensive guide on crafting effective resumes, focusing on strategies to get shortlisted by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and capture the attention of HR professionals and hiring managers. The session covered essential topics such as resume structuring, common mistakes to avoid, and tailoring resumes for specific roles.
Participants actively engaged with the session, gaining practical insights and actionable tips to enhance their resumes. The workshop successfully empowered attendees to present their skills and experiences more effectively, increasing their chances of selection in competitive recruitment processes.
