DOTP- District Officer’s Training Program

📅 27th April, the Rotaract Club of Osmania Medical College successfully hosted Capital D.O.T.P. (District Officers Training Program) for the District Council Members of the Rotaract year 2025–26 🤝. This program was a structured leadership development initiative designed specifically for both current and incoming district-level office bearers, with the aim of strengthening the overall functioning of Rotaract at the district level 🌟.

The District Officers Training Program focused on equipping participants with a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities as district officers 🏛️. Key sessions addressed leadership development, team-building skills 🤝, club and district administration, project planning and execution 📋, and effective communication 🗣️. Emphasis was also placed on proper reporting, compliance with Rotary International guidelines 📑, and maintaining transparency in district operations. Additionally, the program encouraged collaboration and coordination between clubs and the district, fostering unity and smoother execution of service projects throughout the year 🔗.

By hosting Capital D.O.T.P., the Rotaract Club of Osmania Medical College contributed significantly to building capable, confident, and informed leaders 🌱 who are prepared to serve efficiently during the upcoming Rotaract year. The initiative strengthened leadership capacity, ensured continuity in governance, and promoted sustainable growth within the Rotaract district 🚀.
