Rotaract Club of Secunderabad Medicos successfully organised its Professional Development event — Sign Language Workshop at Lamakaan, with the aim of strengthening communication skills among medical students and promoting more inclusive healthcare practices.

The workshop introduced participants to the fundamentals of sign language, along with commonly used signs relevant to medical settings. As future healthcare professionals, students were encouraged to look beyond conventional communication and understand the importance of ensuring that every patient feels heard and understood.
