Today, we conducted Part 2 of our Professional Development Session, exclusively curated for the Board of Directors of the Rotaract Club. This session was designed to deepen the foundation laid earlier for the general members, shifting the focus towards responsible leadership, decision-making, and the values required to guide a team with clarity and purpose.
Building upon the principles of Peter Drucker’s Managing Oneself, the session encouraged BOD members to introspect not only as individuals but as leaders of the organization. Discussions revolved around understanding personal leadership styles, communication approaches, accountability, and the importance of aligning individual strengths with collective vision.
Overall, the session proved to be an impactful experience, strengthening not only their individual leadership journeys but also the collective bond of the Board.
