We, the Rotaract Club of St. Peters Engineering College (RACSPEC), conducted our General Board Meeting 4 — MEHFIL 4.0 on 22nd October in the evening from 3:50PM to 4:50PM. During the meeting, we briefed members about the leads and plans for the month and discussed opportunities for members to take on greater leadership responsibilities in the upcoming term. Additionally, we shared clear guidelines on how to effectively plan and conduct events, ensuring smooth coordination and successful execution of future club activities.
