We the Rotaract Club of St. Peter’s Engineering College successfully organized a large-scale Pot Painting and Kite Making Competition during Sankranti week, attracting over 250+m participants. To ensure full engagement and equitable access, the club invested ₹4,000 to provide all necessary materials, including pots, paints, and kite-making supplies.
Participants showcased their creativity and artistic skills, with the top three performers in each category recognized with cash prizes: 1st prize – ₹3,000, 2nd prize – ₹2,000, and 3rd prize – ₹1,000. The event generated total revenue of ₹10,895, resulting in a net profit of ₹6,895, reflecting both its popularity and financial success.
The competition was meticulously organized to ensure smooth coordination, material distribution, and fair judging. Beyond its competitive aspect, the event created a vibrant, inclusive environment that encouraged collaboration, skill development, and confidence among participants.
