We, the Rotaract Club of St. Peter’s Engineering College, successfully organized and conducted the “Raising Patriots” initiative at Thara Homes, New Bowenpally, to commemorate India’s 77th Republic Day 26th january 2026. This event was thoughtfully designed to educate children about the significance, history, and core values of Republic Day, while inspiring a sense of patriotism and national pride from an early age.
The program featured engaging and interactive discussions on India, the Constitution, and the importance of Republic Day in shaping the nation’s democratic foundation. As a meaningful gesture, India flag badges were pinned on the children to instill a feeling of pride, unity, and belonging. The session was further enriched with fun games and activities, creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere that encouraged active participation, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
Overall, the initiative fostered a joyful and memorable celebration for 80 students as the Beneficiaries allowing children to learn, connect, and embrace patriotic values in a meaningful way. Raising Patriots successfully reinforced the belief that nurturing awareness and national spirit through shared experiences can create a lasting impact on young minds.
