The Rotaract Club of Hyderabad East successfully conducted The Eventful 4 – GRR OCV, GBM, Charter Day Celebration & New Year’s Eve Gifting on 4th January 2026, at Vishnu Residency C Block, Community Hall, Gandhi Nagar.
The event brought together multiple important milestones of the club on a single platform, making it a meaningful and well-organized gathering. A total of 28 members actively participated, reflecting strong involvement and unity within the club.
As part of the GRR OCV, our club presented the projects completed during the first half of the Rotaract year to Rtr. AVNS Sri Pavan, GRR – Group 1, and also shared our future projects and plans for the upcoming months.
The General Body Meeting (GBM) was conducted to discuss key club matters, updates, and upcoming activities, ensuring transparency and collective decision-making.
The event also marked our Charter Day Celebration, where members came together to celebrate the journey, growth, and achievements of the Rotaract Club of Hyderabad East. To conclude the event on a joyful note, New Year’s Eve gifting was carried out through a fun and interactive activity, adding excitement, laughter, and festive cheer among the members.
